  • Handmade Nature: Please note that our products are handcrafted by artisans. Slight variations in size (up to +/- 2 inches), design, and finish are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects. These variations ensure that every piece you own is unique.

  • Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless stated otherwise.

  • We provide complimentary shipping across India.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates. While we aim to deliver within the stipulated timeframe (typically 5-7 business days for metro cities), we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
